Allergens and patterns
Contains gluten, milk. Fits: Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Halal, Kosher.
Ingredients
- 1/2 tin (220g) Baked Beans — Navy beans in tomato sauce: a lot of soluble fibre and plant protein. The sauce is where the added sugar and salt sit, so check the label.
- 2 thick slices (80g) Sourdough Bread — Toasted hard, so it does not go soggy under the beans.
- grated (25g) Cheddar Cheese — Melts into the hot beans and adds calcium and a little more protein.
