Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups (300ml) Milk — Carbohydrate and protein in roughly the ratio the post-exercise research keeps landing on, plus the fluid and sodium you sweated out.
- 1 tbsp (10g) Cocoa Powder — Flavanols and magnesium, and unsweetened cocoa has almost no sugar of its own.
- 1 tbsp (15g) Honey — The carbohydrate that makes it a recovery drink rather than just a glass of milk.
