- 4 figs, quartered (200g) Figs — More calcium than nearly any other fruit, and an unusual amount of fibre for something this sweet.
- 5 tbsp (100g) Ricotta — Mild and milky against a very sweet fruit, with protein and calcium.
- a small handful (30g) Walnuts — Omega-3 and the bitterness that keeps the plate from being cloying.
- a thin drizzle Honey — Only if the figs need it, which good ones do not.

Method
- Quarter the figs and arrange them cut-side up.
