Ingredients
- 2 cakes (20g) Rice Cakes — Almost pure fast carbohydrate on their own — which is exactly why they need the peanut butter, not because they are bad.
- 2 tbsp (30g) Peanut Butter — The fat and protein that slow the whole snack down and stop it being a sugar spike with a crunch.
- 1 banana, sliced (100g) Banana — Potassium, sweetness, and enough moisture to make the rice cake edible.
- 1/2 tbsp (5g) Chia Seeds — A small fibre and omega-3 addition that costs nothing in effort.
