Cucumber instead of a cracker, which turns a canapé into something you can eat a plate of.

Ingredients
- 6 slices (120g) Smoked Salmon — Already cured and ready, and one of the easiest ways to get omega-3 without cooking anything.
- 1, in thick rounds (250g) Cucumber — Cut thick — 1.5cm — so each round can hold its topping without bending.
- 1/3 cup (80g) Cream Cheese — The glue. Beat it with the lemon and dill first so it spreads instead of tearing.
- a small handful (5g) Dill — In the cheese and on top.
- a squeeze Lemon — Into the cream cheese, which is otherwise flat against the salt of the fish.

Method
- Beat the cream cheese with the lemon juice and half the dill.
- Cut the cucumber into thick rounds.
- Spoon cheese onto each, fold a ribbon of salmon on top, and finish with the rest of the dill.
