Salted Macadamias
Recipes · Snack · Recipe, Typed Supps
An Australian native, and the fattiest nut on the shelf, which is exactly why a small handful is enough.
Allergens and patterns
Contains tree nuts. Fits: Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Halal, Kosher, Gluten-free.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups (200g) Macadamias — About 76% fat, almost all of it monounsaturated — the same kind that makes olive oil worth eating. Also the reason 30g is a portion and 100g is a problem.
- a pinch (3g) Sea Salt — Flaked, over the warm nuts so it sticks.
