Ingredients
- 2 biscuits (60g) Weet-Bix — Wholegrain wheat and very little else, fortified with iron and B vitamins in Australia.
- 1 cup (250ml) Milk — Protein and calcium, and the reason cereal counts as breakfast at all.
- 1 banana, sliced (100g) Banana — Potassium and sweetness, so nothing needs sprinkling over the top.
- a few, chopped (15g) Almonds — Fat and crunch — the thing that stops the bowl turning to paste in two minutes.
