Recipes · Snack · Recipe, Typed Supps
Three ingredients, and the closest thing to dessert on this list that still counts as protein.
Allergens and patterns
Contains milk, tree nuts. Fits: Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Halal, Kosher, Gluten-free.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (200g) Greek Yogurt — Strained, so roughly double the protein of regular yogurt in the same volume.
- a small handful (25g) Walnuts — One of the few plant sources of omega-3, and the crunch.
- a drizzle (15g) Honey — Sugar, but a measured teaspoon of it against 20g of protein is a reasonable trade.
